All prices quoted on our online store are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to alteration without notice. We are under no obligation to send goods outside of New Zealand. It is under the discretion of The Paw Store Ltd, if possible, and by request (on a case-by-case basis) to ship goods outside of New Zealand. 

Measurements

All measurements quoted on the online store are approximate. Treats are measured on a scale using the metric system of measurement, and rounded up to the greatest 5g.

Descriptions

Discount and Promotion Exclusions 

At The Paw Store, we strive to provide our customers with the best value through various discounts and promotions. However, please be aware of the following exclusions:

1. Subscription Discounts Exclusion:

   • Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to products purchased through subscription plans. Subscription prices are already discounted and cannot be combined with other offers. Subscription prices are based on the normal full price less 15% discount.

2. Limited-Time Promotions:

   • Any special offers, flash sales, or promotional codes are valid only for the specified duration and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

3. Excluded Products:

   • Some products may be excluded from specific promotions. Any such exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the promotion details.

4. Misuse of Discounts:

   • We reserve the right to cancel orders where discounts or promotions have been applied incorrectly or in violation of these terms.
