Shipping and Returns Policy

We undertake to ship orders within 48 hours of purchase. Where we do not have stock, we will order new stock and send it to you when it arrives (we cannot guarantee how long this may take) or we may provide you with a refund.

We do not ship to PO boxes or addresses outside of New Zealand, if this is required please contact us at sales@thepawstore.co.nz

If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you received (e.g. wrong sizing, colour, etc), you can exchange it for another item (that must be equal or lesser value) or return it for a credit. We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of shipment.

If you wish to return any item due to wrong sizing, colour etc, then it is up to you to organise shipping and pay for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us. Once the parcel has been received by us, we will process the return and confirm by email when the funds have been put back on the credit/debit card you used to place the respective order.

Please note: Items returned must be in new, unused condition, undamaged and have all original packaging intact to qualify for a refund. Please contact us at admin@thepawstore.co.nz for any queries, or clarification on any of the above stated information.

We use NZ Post and Post Haste to deliver all purchases and tracking numbers are allocated to each order. Once the courier collects the parcels from our premises, it is out of our control as to when orders will be delivered.

Please note that once our couriers confirm delivery has taken place, The Paw Store Ltd is no longer responsible for any missing parcel/s.

The customer must please ensure that there is a safe place out of view of passersby for the parcel to be left, or to ensure that somebody is at the premises to receive the parcel.

Our orders are tracked and if signature is required, it will only be done on customer request, there is an additional charge for this service.

The Paw Store reserves the right to amend the conditions and pricing of shipping as well as ending any shipping current shipping promotions.
