Instructions for safely trimming your pets' nails

• Don't cut too much of the nail to avoid hurting your pet
• When clipping or trimming, make sure to cut below the blood line or quick
• The quick is the dark part inside the nail 
• Always clip below the quick because it is very sensitive and will bleed, which will be very painful for your dog
• The line demonstrates the area below safe to trim (see picture below)
